About

Ticketmaster Events Scraper

Extract public Ticketmaster event listings into structured data for event monitoring, venue research, and ticketing market analysis.

Collect event names, dates, locations, performers, ticket links, and available pricing. Filter concerts, sports, arts and theater, and family events by category, genre, country, location, and date.

What you can extract

  • Event ID, name, description, URL, and image
  • Event category and genre
  • Local date, displayed date and time, and TBA/TBD flags
  • Venue address, city, region, postal code, country, and available venue URL
  • Available offer price, currency, ticket link, and sale start time
  • Available price ranges
  • Performer names and links

Each dataset row represents one event. Some fields may be null when Ticketmaster does not expose them in its event-search response.

How to scrape Ticketmaster events

  1. Select one or more categories: concerts, sports, arts and theater, or family.
  2. Optionally select genres within those categories.
  3. Choose a country and optional location or date filters.
  4. Set maxItems to the maximum events to save.
  5. Run the Actor and inspect or download the resulting dataset.
Example input
{
  "concerts": true,
  "sports": false,
  "arts-theater": false,
  "family": false,
  "jazz": true,
  "countryCode": "US",
  "sortBy": "date",
  "maxItems": 10
}

Selecting a category without specific genres includes its mapped genres. Selecting no categories intentionally searches across all events.

Location and date filters

Use countryCode for a country such as US. Optionally provide a geoHash and a distance radius in miles for proximity searches.

Use dateFrom and dateTo in YYYY-MM-DD format, or select thisWeekendDate. Configure includeTBA and includeTBD to include, exclude, or specifically request events with dates or times to be announced.

Common use cases

  • Monitor upcoming concerts, sports, and theater events.
  • Research event activity across venues and cities.
  • Compare available ticket price ranges across listings.
  • Collect performer and event links for research workflows.
  • Build event datasets for dashboards and alerts.

Ticket prices and availability

Prices and ranges are collected only when present in the event-search response. A missing price does not mean an event is free or sold out.

This Actor does not collect complete seat maps, per-seat inventory, or guaranteed checkout prices. It does not reserve or purchase tickets. Prices and availability may change after collection.

Proxies and result limits

The Actor uses the platform's residential proxy configuration. Residential proxy access is required by this implementation, and applicable proxy charges may be separate from compute.

maxItems defaults to 200 and is capped at the implementation's 5,100-result search window. It is an upper limit, not a guaranteed result count. Narrow the date range, location, or genre when researching larger event sets.

Limits and availability

  • Supports event discovery through the event-search endpoint; it does not accept arbitrary event URLs as starting targets.
  • Available categories depend on the maintained classification map.
  • Missing prices, performers, or dates are returned as null or empty values.
  • Blocked requests or endpoint changes may cause failures or partial datasets.
  • This independent tool is not affiliated with Ticketmaster.

Pricing

The monthly rental covers access to the Actor. Bytewells bills compute separately. Review residential proxy charges before large runs.
